The staff were friendly and helpful. We forgot something in a taxi and they were able to quickly track it down and have it returned to us. The location is ideal, right in the center of things and within walking distance to the main shopping area. The hotel is also close to a plaza where you can easily catch a bus or taxi to the popular tourist attraction.

The location was excellent, with easy access to major sites and bus stops. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory with a good selection. The room wasnice and neat, with amenities like a mini fridge available. Very good location, isolated windows, polite staff, okay breakfast.

Had excellent stay in this pleasant hotel, the staff were efficient, location was ideal and very close to the city centre. Rooms were beautiful, silent. There was lots of fab options for continental breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Granada! the location was perfect - right in the center of the city with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were also very friendly and ensured that my room was cleaned daily. I particularly loved the fact that my room had a beautiful view, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The value for money was excellent, with prices that were affordable and worth every penny.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a nice area near enough to walk around the main shopping area and all the major tourist attractions such as Alhambra. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh options. We even had a lovely view from our room of the bustling street below.

A hidden gem in a bustling street. The clean room with a comfortable bed allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city and enjoy the local cuisine. The friendly staff provided helpful directions and recommendations. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options. a good stay at Porcel Navas. I would definitely return in the future.

Great location in the heart of the old town, close to major attractions. Comfortable rooms with fridge and safe, and good selection of English TV channels. Effective soundproofing from the lively outdoor restaurants. Helpful staff and comfortable public area with armchairs. Free wifi and decent sized rooms.
